How do I place an order?

What are the shipping options and delivery times?
We offer Standard (3-5 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping across Malaysia. International shipping is available upon request.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track it on the courier’s website.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available for orders above RM150 within Peninsular Malaysia.

What is your return policy?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, we do not accept returns for personalized items, clearance products, and opened stationery (e.g., pens, markers, paper packs).
