Items that cannot be returned include:

• ❌ Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

2. How to Request a Return?

Attach clear photos of the product if damaged or incorrect.

Wait for our approval and return instructions.

3. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchange Option: If preferred, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping fee. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
